We are Emanuela & Claudio. We are a friendly real estate brokerage company located in the Costa del Sol – South Spain, that acts as Personal Property Shopper for our clients. 

We started this new adventure because we wanted to distinguish ourself among the many agencies that are currently on the market using a different approach.

So instead of having to deal with hundreds of different estate agents when looking for properties, you only deal with ONE person throughout the complete buying process.

We have an in-depth conversation  with you about your likes & dislikes. We sign a mandate once we have agreed all the terms of our service. 

Active Search

Based on your requirements we will do an extensive search through our own and external property database. You will then remove any options that are not suitable or keep them all for us to check! 

Visiting the properties

We will visit the properties and do an extensive research. We will write up a report with all the pro's and cons of the property. This will give you an honest & clear view on every property in your portfolio

Coordinate viewings

Based on our reports you choose the final selection of properties to view. We will coordinate with the property owners, developers or keyholders to ensure we can do many viewings distributed over a set amount of days. 

Due Diligence

Once you have selected your preferred property we will do the due diligence. Together with the lawyer we will check licenses, property details and documents. 


We will help you find suitable financing, mortgage, tax advice and legal support. 

Price Negotiation

We will handle the price negotiations for you, ensuring you pay the very best price for the property. 

Signing of contracts
