We are Emanuela & Claudio. We are a friendly boutique real estate and brokerage firm located in the Costa del Sol – South Spain, that acts as Personal Property Shopper for our clients. 

We started this new adventure because we wanted to distinguish ourselves among the many agencies that are currently on the market using a different approach offering a distinctive level of service with different benefits compared to other larger counterparts.

We will visit the properties and do an extensive research. We will write up a report with all the pro's and cons of the property. This will give you an honest & clear view on every property in your portfolio

Coordinate viewings

Based on our reports you choose the final selection of properties to view. We will coordinate with the property owners, developers or keyholders to ensure we can do many viewings distributed over a set amount of days.
