We are Claudio & Emanuela, the passionate owners and Co-Founders of Tekla Brokerage & Estates. 

We are both originally from Italy but we used to live in Canada before moving to the Costa del Sol, so we have extensive experience selling properties both in Spain and abroad. 

In our home country we used to run our own business, importing, distributing and selling prefab-homes from Canada to Italy.

As an Italian, I am very passionate about what I do and I am dedicated to my success. 

Having lived in Canada for a certain time, I learned several skills working in a system and environment that is totally different from Europe.

Speaking Italian, Spanish English & French fluently helps me with my sales strategy and networking, which in turn ensures my business is a great success.
