What we do

Deep Interview

We will have a zoom or skype meeting, or even a dinner if you are in the area.

During this time we will find out your needs and wants and collect all this data in your personal portfolio. 

Once we have agreed on the services we will provide, we will sign a mandate and that is when we start searching for the perfect property for you. 

Active Search

Using our own database of exclusive properties as well as our external database of over 10.000 properties we will make a selection of Real Estate that could suit your needs.


You will be send the selection so you can take your time to study them and make a shortlist of your favorite properties.

Pre-Visitation

Your Personal Real Estate Shopper will visit the properties you have pre-selected to do an initial viewing. 

We will provide a report of our findings and all the pro’s and cons on the properties. 

You will receive an honest evaluation from us, with no detail left out. 

What is the area like, what the building conditions are and how negotiable is the price for example. 

Buyers Visit

After our initial visits, your property portfolio may have shrunk a bit (or not!) in either case, we will now visit all the properties you have shortlisted together with you. 

We will coordinate with the property owners, developers or key-holders direct to ensure your valuable time is not wasted. 

We can schedule viewings in 1 day or divided over a set amount of days so you get the time to let it all sink in. 

Due Diligence

We will do all the due diligence for you. Checking the documents, making sure all licenses are in place and ensuring the sale is in good order. 

We will coordinate with the lawyer and accountant to guarantee that your property and its paperwork are in good condition, and the sale gets the green light. 

Financing

If you have not yet found a mortgage or financial arrangement, we will be able to recommend the best options for you.

Sellers will be much more receptive to potential buyers who have been pre-approved by a mortgage company. 

Getting pre-approval from a lender will also give you a better indication of what you can actually afford. You might be able to increase your search parameters! 

We have partnerships with many of the leading finance institutions in Spain. 

Apart from finance, we can also assist with your Golden Visa or NIE  arrangements which are mandatory when applying for residency or buying a home. 

Negotiations

Because we are an independent professional Real Estate Shopper, we will always be able to negotiate even further on the sales price of a home than you would with a traditional agency. 

We can do all that for you, we communicate your wants and wishes to the vendor and we strive to get you the best possible price for your home purchase. 

Signing

We will take care of the complete buying process, from the initial deposit contract to the final signing at the Notary. 

We have close partnerships with the finest lawyers and leading notaries on the Costa del Sol. 

Post Sale
